Reporting to Procurement & Fleet Manager, The Fleet & Logistics Officer will provide support to all departments and programs by ensuring quality operations of MSK fleet of motor vehicles & motor cycles and will also be responsible for managing the company’s fleet in a manner that ensures cost efficiency, service quality and availability.
He/She will be mainly responsible for the following:-
Fleet, Transport and Drivers’ Supervision
- Ensure that daily allocation of driver duties and vehicles is in accordance with Fleet Management procedures in place.
- Supervise and monitor all drivers in their daily duties (daily vehicle inspections, preventative maintenance reporting, filling of work tickets, cleaning of vehicles, etc.)
