Consultancy Services for Conducting Country Program Baseline Study

Background

Plan is an international child-centred community development organization without political, religious or governmental affiliations. Child sponsorship is the basic foundation of the organization.

Objective

  • To determine benchmarks for the objectives set out in 5 Programs under the new Country Strategy Plan (CSP) for 2011 to 2015.

Scope and Coverage

The Program Baselines will cover all Program Units in which Plan currently works including the Country Office, as well as validly sampled Government Ministries, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and other partners. The baseline study will be qualitative, quantitative and participatory process which includes the opinions of children.

Request for Proposals to Conduct Customer Satisfaction, Work Environment and Employee Satisfaction Surveys

Pwani University College seeks the service of a suitably experienced consultancy/ research firm to carry out the task of conducting the following surveys after the implementation of the results of the first baseline surveys in the same areas.

1. PUC/RFP/01/01/2010/2011 Customer Satisfaction survey

2. PUC/RFP/02/01/2010/2011 Work Environment Survey

3. PUC/RFP/03/01/2010/2011 Employee Satisfaction Survey

Interested firms must submit company profile, giving relevant legal documents of registration and operations, relevant certificates, 3 years audited accounts, evidence of at least five similar assignments undertaken, staff strength and other relevant qualifications as required by the Public Procurement Act 2005.

AGRA Request for Proposals

AGRA is requesting for proposals from organizations that will assist in undertaking a salary and benefits survey.

The proposal should include:

  • A company profile;
  • Information on the company’s salary and benefits’ survey portfolio and relevant experience;
  • Methodology and fees for undertaking the survey;
  • CVs of consultants who would be assigned to AGRA for this exercise; and,
  • Any other information that may give your proposal leverage over others.

The deadline for submission of the bids is 12.00 noon on Wednesday, January 19th, 2011. All bids should be addressed to the attention of the Chief Operating Officer, using the e-mail address below.

It is expected that the selected organization will be able to carry out the research by the end of February 2011 and submit its report immediately thereafter.
