Our client, who specialises in the development, manufacture, marketing and selling of a range of innovative solar lighting solutions, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant / Office Co-ordinator.
Reporting to the Managing Director-Africa the Administrative Assistant / Office Co-ordinator will provide day to day administrative support to the Managing Director as well as the other team members in the office.
Main Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating / leading administrative responsibilities for the Africa office
- Basic bookkeeping
- Handling all travel arrangements including liaison with travel agents, car rental agents and hotels
- Creating, composing and editing correspondence and other documents
- Screening, distributing and prioritising incoming mail

Purpose
