Expression of Interest for the Provision of Information Systems (IS) Audit Consultancy on HELB’s IT Systems
The Higher Education Loans Board is a state corporation whose mandate is to source for funds and provide loans, scholarships and bursaries to Kenyans studying in recognized institutions higher learning.
HELB intends to engage a reputable consultant to offer Audit Consultancy on its IT systems.
Interested eligible bidders will be evaluated on their ability to demonstrate the following:
- At least five years experience in Information system Audit services.
- Experience in consulting and bench marking with similar organizations in accordance with the IS Audit Guidelines issued by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
The Higher Education Loans Board therefore wishes to invite interested eligible bidders with relevant experiences to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of this service.

The Industrial Property Tribunal is a quasi-judicial body established under the Industrial Property Act, 2001 to hear and determine intellectual property rights disputes relating to patents, industrial designs and utility models. Its jurisdiction, powers and procedures are provided for in the above named Act and the Industrial Property Tribunal Rules, 2002.
The Tribunal requires a LOGO and a TAGLINE that will correctly and distinctly reflect its mandate and corporate image. The Tribunal therefore invites interested individuals and/or firms of designers into a competition to design the logo and tagline.
