Hospital IT Officer
(1 Position)
Qualifications: Diploma in Networking and Computer Engineering, knowledge of SQL and Linux is a must.
Experience: At least 2 years working experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably in a Hospital set up.
Job Description
- Deal with all general IT issues concerning the Hospital. Ensuring that the network is up and running. Address all issues concerning IT as and when they arise.

The University of Nairobi (UoN) in collaboration with the University of Washington (UW) through the support of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has established an on–the –job training fellowship program for individuals interested in Health Informatics.
This is a merit based program whose aim is to build capacity for leadership and management in public and private health sectors. Fellows will be selected based on their potential for commitment to health service provision in the public or private sectors.
Upon completion of the fellowship, they will receive certificate award of the University of Nairobi.

The Eastern Africa Region, as defined by the African Union Commission (AUC), is composed of 14 Member States: Burundi, Comoros, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.
