Area Managers

Reporting to the marketing head, the candidate is expected to provide leadership to a team of medical representatives.

Job Profile:

• Proficient in computer applications including: MS Office
• To be able to recruit, train medical representatives
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
• Draw sales forecasts
• Oversee regional/ area sales
• Should be actively involved in field activities
• Plan performance evaluations to develop and control sales

Persons Profile:

• Should hold a university degree/ diploma in the pharmaceutical/medical field
• Have a working experience in the Kenyan market for atleast 5 years

International Centre for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) – Kenya of Columbia University is working in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation and the Ministry of Medical Services to strengthen HIV Care and Treatment services at provincial and district health facilities.

This program is part of a US Government initiative against HIV in Kenya that receives funding from PEPFAR through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Applications are invited for the post of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer.

Overall Job Function:

To provide technical support in the planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M & E) activities required for HIV care and treatment services within ICAP-supported facilities in coordination with the Ministries of Public Health and Sanitation and Medical Services. The appointee will work closely with the in-country Director, Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Unit.
