Key Responsibilities

• In association with project manager and stakeholders, refine project requirements, assumptions and constraints through communication with stakeholders and/or by reviewing project documents to baseline the scope of work and enable development of the execution plan.

NMC Network Surveillance Shift Technician

Ref: TECHNICAL_NMC-NS-ST_JAN 2012

Reporting to the Shift Support Team Manager; the holder of the position will ensure proper monitoring and detection of faults in the entire network coupled with timely and correct escalation to the various maintenance teams so as to meet the set network KPI’S.

Key Responsibilities

• Network element fault identification, diagnosis, reporting, follow-up & fault clearance.

Description

This is a commissioned sales position.

You will be responsible for giving product presentations to the customer describing how Intel products provide the optimum solution to their application.

• Develop a clear understanding of Intel’s business practices including pricing, forecasting, T/C’s, Distribution and Business Code of Ethics.
• During customer’s product design, responsible for design assistance including on-site visits to review designs, examine customer problems and provide suggestions on optimal ways to use Intel products.
• Manage relationships between Intel and customers by establishing relationships with key individuals at accounts.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within accounts.
• Give product demonstrations and execute benchmarks to show product capabilities and ease of use.
