The organization is looking to fill the position of a Reproductive Health Program Manager for their AIDS, Population and Health Integrated Assistance (APHIA+) Project. Development of Vulnerable and Marginalized Groups Plans (VMGP)

This request for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in Development Business (dgMarket) of September 12, 2007 and UN Development Business No.712 of October 16,
2007 for first the Edition and of October 1, 2010 for the second Edition.

The Government of Kenya has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Natural Resource Management Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy Services for Development of Vulnerable and Marginalized Groups plans (VMGP).

The objectives of the project are to develop personal and organizational capacity of women  to enable them engage in more competitive income generating activities, engage in businesses; and raise awareness on HIV/AIDS and equal rights.

Reports to the CC

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Work with the CC, Administrator, CRC  and project personnel
  • Secure collection and assessment of reports of group training and group progress reports from follow-up visits
