Position: Project / Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting & Learning Officer
Division: KCSSP Program – SAFE project

Location: Mombasa, with frequent travel within the Coastal region
1.0 Job Purpose
Supervised by the Project coordinator, the officer will specifically provide MERL and program support to the SAFE
Coast project.
The officer will work closely with the KCSSP PBCM team, Pact’s Senior Program Officer, Program Officer and Communications officer. The Project/MERL Officer (PMO) will be based in Mombasa with frequent field travels.
He /she will also work closely with the Pact communications officer.
2.0 Key Responsibilities:
The officer will specifically provide MERL and program support to the SAFE Coast project and will mainly be responsible for the development and implementation of the Project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and learning systems, including mentorship to the SAFE partners.
