Type of appointment: 1 month – special all-inclusive contract

General Functions:

Under the overall administrative supervision of the Head of Sub Office, of IOM Dadaab, Technical supervision of the Head of Data Processing, Analysis and IT Applications Sub-unit in MHD Nairobi, and the direct supervision of the migration health physician in Dadaab, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Registration of bio-data for all pre-screening medical forms
• Data entry of all post-screening medical forms and documents into the database based on the original/photocopies of medical forms received

These are short-term, clerical employment opportunities that will run for a duration of between 3 – 6 months at an hourly rate of Kshs 340.00.

To be considered for these positions one must:

• be a secondary school graduate
• be computer literate, proficient in MSWord
• have 1 year work experience in an office environment, clerical experience will be an asset – ensure that this is clearly demonstrated in your resume
• be fluent in spoken and written English, French proficiency will be an asset
• be a Kenyan citizen or a holder of a valid work-permit
