Impact Research and Development Organization is a national NGO based in Kisumu. Its principal mandate is to design, implement and evaluate HIV/AIDS research and intervention programs that improve the health status of individuals and local communities. Programs Officer

  • Assist the director in discharging his/her duties, coordinate preparation and operationalization of work plans for the various programs under IRDO.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Public Health or a related field.  PhD qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage.
  • Must have over 3 years’ experience in running programs in a large set-up.
  • Excellent writing skills. Proof of writing is required.

Human Resources Manager
