The Presbyterian Church of East Africa is seeking suitable candidates to fill up the following senior posts for one of its Christian Hospital based in Eastern Province:-

Chief Executive Officer

Reporting to the Chairman and Board of Management, the position will provide effective guidance and leadership to the Hospital at all levels.

Key functions will include:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing and driving implementation of the Hospital’s strategies, annual plans, supervise and coordinate training and development of the senior hospital managers.
• Improve the Hospital Strategic Plan and implement the same.
• Develop measurable objectives for the hospital annually.
• Supervision, improvement and interpretation of Hospital policies and their relationship with the current government laws.
