An upcoming BPO company in Kisumu, Kenya is looking for one hundred and fifty (150) born again, intelligent, hardworking, creative, resilient and ambitious call center agents and supervisors.

Requirements

• Born again
• Degree from a recognized university (should have scored at least a 2nd class honors-Upper Division).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets.
• Ability to work eight hours a day, during weekends and in shifts (any of the three shifts in a day).
• Good typing skills
• People from unprivileged backgrounds preferred.

Start date: Immediate

Salary: Basic of Ksh. 40,000 for agents and Ksh. 60,000 for supervisors.
