End to End Encryption and Security of Payment Files from IFMIS Servers to T24 Servers at CBK

The Ministry of Finance invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the provision of consultancy services for End to End Encryption and security of payment files from IFMIS servers to T24 servers at CBK

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at Ministry of Finance, Treasury Building, Harambee Avenue. Room 619 during normal working hours.

A complete tender document may be obtained upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00 in cash or bankers cheque payable to Financial Secretary, Ministry of Finance at cash office on Ground Floor Treasury Building, Harambee Avenue.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number addressed to

and be deposited in the tender box provided at Ministry of Finance, Treasury Building, Harambee Avenue 6th floor so as to be received on or before Thursday 16th February, 2012

Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kshs. 50,000.00 from a reputable bank valid for additional 30 days beyond the Tender validity period.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening at Ministry of Finance, Treasury Building, Conference Room 6th Floor.
