CTDLT is a State Corporation established under Cap. 494 – Laws of Kenya and is ISO 9001 :2000 certified since March 2009. In the course of its operations, the organization has implemented the QMS based on ISO 9001:2008 Standard successfully.

In March 2012. the three year certification cycle will expire. It is a requirement of the ISO that all Organizations certified under the standard must re-apply for re-certification and complete the process at least three months before the certificate expires.

In this regard CTDLT invites proposals from reputable firms to provide consultancy services in ISO re-certification exercise.

A complete set of proposal documents may be obtained by from CTDLT Procurement office, NHIF Building, Parking Towers, 5” floor on Ragati Road during normal working hours (between 8.30 a.m. – 1 p.m. & 2p.m. – 4.30p.m.). Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 2,000.00 in cash or Bankers cheque.

Firms should submit their proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the words “CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ISO 9001:2008 RE-CERTIFICATION – RFP NO. CTDLT/002/2011 – 2012” and addressed to:
