Summary: Reporting to the HR Adviser, South Africa, he/she will manager day-to-day HR and administration function in the Kenyan office.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the prescribed HR systems and processes and ensure a consistent approach to HR administration.
- Ensure that up to date employee records are entered and held on HRDB and accurate leave records are maintained.
