One of our clients, an international audit firm is in need of an administration officer.
Purpose: The position’s key role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the incumbent’s office
Key Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the Chief Operating Officer’s office manager – managing communications; establishing/maintaining systems and records to support the management of the Operational Units
- Managing the Chief Operating Officer’s diary
- Coordinating Operational Unit meetings
- Organizing events, appointments, meetings, travel bookings, and related activities for the COO’s office;
- Updating Operations’ pages on the intranet/website
- Handling all visitors to the Chief Operating Officer’s office;
- Ensuring efficient office services to the Chief Operating Officer’s office

One of our clients, an international auditing firm is in need of an admin executive for a period of three months.
Start Date: Immediate
Nature of Contract: 3 months contract
Position Description
- Providing support services to senior management
- Taking and distributing minutes for all departmental meetings and events
- General office administration work including sorting and filing of mail and documents
- Ensure the programme’s library is well arranged easing the mode of retrieving files
- Liaising with the different offices and departments on behalf of the programmes department
- Coordinating visitors and events
- Providing administrative link
- Coordinating general office supplies to ensure a good working environment for all
