Manpower Coordinator/Project Manager

Purpose:

  • Work involves planning and managing the work of a large workforce (3,000 unskilled and semi-skilled workers) in a variety of farm production and harvesting activities.
  • Supervise operators and manage the daily production and safety incidents.
  • See that the work flow is correct, look for quality, quantity and safety (PPE).

Qualifications:

  • Degree in management and experience in managing workforce in an agricultural setting.
  • Thorough understanding of piece rate work administration and output based performance.
  • Should have excellent management skills
