The Higher Education Loans Board is a state corporation whose mandate is to source for funds and provide loans, scholarships and bursaries to Kenyans studying in recognized institutions of higher learning.

HELB intends to engage reputable consultants to carry out a research and provide advisory services in the following area: -  Sustainability and Growth of the Higher Education Loans Board Revolving Fund

Interested eligible bidders will be evaluated on their ability to demonstrate the following:

• At least five years experience in research
• Experience in the field of higher education financing
• Experience in the fields of finance and retail banking

The assistant Sales manager shall have their primary job responsibilities of selling and marketing the company’s products (mainly software based products and services) to prospective clients as well as maintaining a healthy relationship with the company’s clients.

They should always be available to the client and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and potential products. Further, they shall have targets of business sales to deliver to the company within fixed time periods.

The Post holder will have a retainer package and earn the rest of his remuneration from commission derived form the sales he manages to bring to the company.
