Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited (KPRL) Tender to Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of IP Based CCTV Surveillance System
Tender No. KPRL/ 010.042
KPRL invites bids from interested, eligible candidates for design, supply, installation (including civil works), testing, commissioning, training and maintenance of IP based CCTV surveillance system.
The tender document is available for viewing and downloading from KPRL website: www.kprl.co.ke.
Interested parties must immediately submit their particulars for recording and receiving of tender clarifications/addenda. A non-refundable fee of KSh. 5,000/= payable by cash or bankeris cheque to Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited shall be made upon submission of particulars. Tender documents are not transferable.
There will be a pre-tender meeting and initial site visit at 1000 hrs on Friday 30th July, 2010 at KPRL boardroom, situated at KPRL offices along Refinery Road, Changamwe, Mombasa.

Person Specification
A Degree, ideally Masters, in media studies with significant professional experience of working at a senior advisory level, experience in developing and planning popular campaign strategies that engage a variety of stakeholders within networks and coalitions for campaign purposes. Familiarity with maternal, new born and child survival issues in Kenya.
