Quantity Surveyor
Applicants must be holders of Bachelor of Arts, Degree in Building Economics from a recognized institution. In addition, the applicant must:
- Be registered with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya.
- Have at least three (3) years post registration experience.
Duties
- Preparation of bills of Quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction.
- Preparation and valuation of progress reports on projects.
- Supervision of projects from inception to completion.
Architect
Applicants must be holders of a degree in Architecture from a recognized University. They should have at least three (3) years practical experience with a reputable organization or Government.
Duties:
- Must be registered by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya and be members of recognized professional body.
- Must be able to prepare designs and produce drawings of building projects in the University construction programmes as well as undertake supervision of these projects during construction.
- Supervision of projects from inception to completion.
- Submission of drawings to relevant authorities.
Mechanical Engineers
Applicant must be holder of Bachelor of Science degree in Building Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
from a recognized Institution.

Graduate Architect
Applicants must be holders of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification from a recognized university with three (3) years experience.

Interior Designer
Applicant must be holder of Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from a recognized Institution.
- Must have at least three (3) years experience.

Architectural Assistant
Applicant must be holder of diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Terms of Service:
Terms of service for teaching posts of lecturers and above include membership to a pension scheme, a generous
medical scheme, housing allowance and commuting allowance.
Other posts will be on performance based two (2) year renewable contract plus gratuity at the end of the contract, a generous medical scheme, housing allowance and commuting allowance.
