Duties

Property Management services for a portfolio of 10 properties including:

• Deliver works program/s: including planning, scoping, procuring and carrying-out adhoc repairs and maintenance and programmed works under various budgets;
• Manage Lease issues: including procurement, renewal and termination; managing the workflow processes involved and managing the lessee/lessor relationship during the term of the lease including disputes, responsibilities and obligations of the lessor/lessee under the terms of the lease;
• Manage Vehicle fleet and transport related services including:
• Supervision of and allocation of tasks to Drivers and vehicle maintenance programs;

Reporting to the Unit Head, Corporate Banking Nairobi, this position will be responsible for liaison between corporate customers and the Bank, to market for corporate business for the Bank and ensure growth in the Eldoret portfolio in order to maximize the Bank’s revenue.

• To develop, business and ensure that there is increased earnings, facility utilization and usage of all Bank’s products

Key Responsibilities

The major responsibilities of this position will be to:

• To determine end user requirements and provide IT leadership throughout the process of systems acquisition and implementation
• To provide support for the Credit Appraisal System and other departmental applications
• To research on improvements, implement and support the bank’s electronic messaging and collaboration systems
• To ensure the bank’s network is at all times protected by implementing and supporting endpoint protection such as antivirus, host‐based intrusion prevention, patch management solution, internet gateways and content filtering systems
• To enforce the bank’s ICT policies for good IT governance by ensuring that installations, systems configurations and user practices adhere to industry standards and best practices

and promote peace and development, through its strategic goal to reduce poverty by empowering women, enhancing
access to resources and services, and improving governance.

CARE’s Adaptation Learning Programme (ALP) for Africa is designed to develop, implement and disseminate models for community-based adaptation to climate change. The programme will be implemented in Ghana, Niger, Mozambique, and Kenya.

In each country, community-based adaptation demonstration projects will be implemented in vulnerable communities in partnership with local civil society and government institutions. The experience gained will be used to influence adaptation policies and programmes at national, regional and international levels through targeted advocacy.
